Both Camp Mi-Te-Na for boys and Camp Foss for girls are proud to be accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA).

Developed exclusively for the camping industry, this nationally recognized program focuses on program quality, and health and safety requirements, and requires us to continually review every facet of our camping operations. The ACA asks over 300 questions and conducts regular inspections of both our overnight camping facilities, just as you would as a discerning parent. They review staff training, program and facility safety, food services, health care and more.

Camps Mi-Te-Na and Foss are proud to voluntarily submit to this independant appraisal, and continue to pass with superior marks. Throughout the entire camping season, we maintain the highest ACA and State of NH health and safety standards. This level of attention to detail gives you the peace of mind that when you send your child to overnight camp at the YMCA of Greater Manchester, you can do so with the confidence that your child will be staying in a secure, clean environment where we take their safety and well being as seriously as you do.
